Young Students receive Orange belt grade in karate -BTKA)British Karate Traditional Association

On the 1st July 2019 3 students  successfully completed their disciplines with the BTKA)British Karate Traditional Association Grading hosted at the Old Library in West Norwood SE27 0HY

3 young students in total received the following grades:  Orange belts 8th Kyu.

Those successful students are pictured in the above photograph, it is only because of their hard work and determination that they have achieved this excellent outcome.

In a time when are young people are in being vilified through various social media outlets, we look beyond the stereotypes and seek to celebrate their achievements. Well done!

We would also like to thank Roy Gould, Annette Turpin, Derek Boyd and Stead Gray for the service they provide, as well as their expertise and professionalism.

This project is funded by the Young Lambeth Cooperative (YLC) working in Partnership with the Norwood Consortium.
