The Opening Event Of The West Norwood Library & PictureHouse
On the 6th November 2018 the West Norwood Library & Picturehouse opened its door to the public !
West Norwood has seen a significant amount of development over the past few years with input from groups like the Norwood Forum FWNL and our local elected representatives Jackie Meldrum, Jane Pickhard and Sonia Winifred.
